My proofreading services include checking your document for grammar, spelling, punctuation and capitalization.
Copy editing includes proofreading and word choice, syntax, tenses, voice, repetition with comments.
Line editing includes proof reading and copy editing along with sentence structure/reorganization, confusing scenes or sentences, rephrasing sentences, overall readability, clarity and the flow. *I will also check for inconsistencies or gaps in your writing*

· Clean Copy with all changes accepted and comments removed.

What type of file should I submit?
Please send your text as a Microsoft Word Document. I use Microsoft Word Track Changes so you can see the edits I have suggested. If your document is any other type, please convert it to Microsoft Word before sending.
Can you edit British as well as American English?
Yes, I can line edit, copyedit and proofread both as I am well versed with the variations in grammar, spelling, usage and punctuation.
Do your services include formatting?
My service does not include formatting, developmental editing, referencing or plagiarism checks.
Do you use any software for editing?
No, I do not use any software. I review each and every sentence, word by word, and make the changes manually.
