I will build an airtable base with automations and interfaces
About this Gig
Airtable is easy to start and easy to build wrong. The tables that seemed obvious in week one become the reason nothing links up in month six.
I design the schema first, because that is the part you cannot easily change later. Then automations, interfaces, and forms.
Recent builds: a yard sign distribution system for a Minnesota House campaign with a public signup form, tokenized volunteer route pages, and a live organizer dashboard, field-tested by actual volunteers. A community newsletter platform with an Airtable back end and scripted issue builds. A directory of vetted nonprofits used by community groups deciding where to give.
What you get: a working base, documentation of how it is put together, and enough explanation that you can extend it yourself. I would rather you not need me again.
Message me with what you are tracking and who needs to see it.

FAQ
Can you take over a base someone else built?
Yes. I will tell you plainly whether it is worth fixing or worth rebuilding, and why. Sometimes the honest answer is that your structure is fine and you only need two automations, which costs you a lot less.
Will I be able to change things after you hand it off?
That is the goal. Every build comes with documentation, and the Full Build package includes a walkthrough video. Airtable is a tool you should own, not rent from a consultant.
Do I need a paid Airtable plan?
Interfaces and most automations work on the free plan, with limits on automation runs and records per base. I will tell you before we start whether your use case needs a paid tier, so the bill is not a surprise after the build.
