What do you need to start the project?
Please provide clear PDF files, sketches, images, existing drawings, dimensions, the required scale, and any preferred layer, lineweight, or title block standards.
Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Please contact me so I can review the drawing quality, amount of detail, number of drawings, scale, and delivery deadline before confirming the package.
What counts as one architectural drawing?
One drawing refers to one floor plan, section, or elevation. For example, two floor plans and one section are counted as three drawings.
Will I receive the editable AutoCAD source file?
Yes. The editable DWG file and a print-ready PDF are included in all packages.
Can you redraw a sketch or image without complete dimensions?
I can prepare an approximate drawing if enough reference information is available. However, accurate and scaled drawings require clear and complete dimensions supplied by the client.
Do you create or redesign architectural plans?
