Worked in community-focused volunteer roles where I led, organized, and hosted large groups of people on a weekly basis. Key experiences: - Hosting and serving up to 100 guests every week, planning seating, flow, and atmosphere for large group dinners - Preparing and organizing seminars, presentations, and educational sessions for crowds, speaking publicly and sharing knowledge clearly - Teaching and mentoring students, building deep one-on-one communication and understanding their needs - Coordinating teams and managing logistics for events with many moving parts What this means for my clients: I understand how restaurants, cafes, and event spaces actually work behind the scenes. I know what guests notice, what makes a space feel welcoming, and how to present a business in a way that draws people in. This is exactly the perspective I bring to every website I design.
