FAQ
What type of content do you work on?
I consider myself a generalist in the sense that I have worked on every type of content imaginable. Past projects include, technical documents, blog posts, biographies, short stories, marketing emails, books, web content, dating profiles, advertisements, novels, non-fiction books...
Is this really a manual editing service?
Yes, I manually edit all content sent to me. Editing tools fail to catch nuances of syntax that impact readability. Even worse, they often offer suggestions that are incorrect!
Do you outsource?
I have been asked if I outsource to other sellers. I do not. When you work with me, you are hiring me to provide my experience and knowledge. I am native Spanish and I have a degree in Communications. I consider my grammar as perfect.
What format should I send?
I cannot edit PDF files or images. I CAN edit Microsoft Word documents (97-2016), Open Office Files (.odt), Notepad files (.rtf files). If the format is not stated here, I probably cannot edit it. I am willing to edit PowerPoint files, but I am unable to track changes in that format.
