I'm a high school English teacher, and I get excited about helping people improve their writing! When I was ten I started publishing a magazine, and I haven't stopped writing since. I have experience writing short stories, essays, technical reports, manuals, business letters, brochures and flyers, and web content. I'm even working on a blog ;)

This gig is priced competitively based on the level of detail you need:

• Basic proofread: Spelling and major grammar points, punctuation, and capitalization
• Standard line edit: Detailed grammar check (verb tenses, parallel structure, run-on sentences, repeated words), formatting (font, spacing, indents), internal consistency
• Detailed structural edit: Rearrange and rewrite sentences/paragraphs to be natural and engaging. Polish pacing and delivery, character/argument development; condense and reword confusing sentences.
