This editing stage, regardless of the package selected, is meant to help authors by looking at a line by line view of their manuscript with my suggestions. Authors should select this in later drafts of their manuscript and if they're manuscript has already undergone a substantial developmental edit. This edit is most helpful in later stages, as this edit is meant for drafts that are closer to being queried or published than they aren't.
This is NOT for manuscripts that are in early stages, where you're still figuring out the story. Manuscripts at that stage would likely benefit more from a developmental edit.
