What do you need from me?
Your existing draft, approved prices and scope, the intended reader, and any logo or brand colours. Please use an editable Word file where possible and remove information that is not needed for the work.
Can you work with PDFs or scanned documents?
Editable Word is preferred. Message me before ordering if you only have a PDF, a scan, complex tables or a document above the package limits, so I can confirm the scope and an appropriate price.
Do you change prices or check technical accuracy?
I edit the content you supply. You approve all prices, quantities, technical facts and terms. I flag unclear details for your confirmation. Technical validation and legal advice are outside this service.
What counts as a revision?
One revision means one consolidated set of changes to the original brief. Revisions cover wording, layout and corrections within the purchased scope. New sections, changed requirements or extra documents need a separate agreement.
Will I receive a file I can reuse?
Every package includes an editable Word document and a PDF. Premium also provides a consistent branded layout with labelled fields that you can update for future quotes or proposals.
