1. What do you need to get started?
Please provide your email copy, logo, brand colors/fonts or brand guidelines, relevant images or product assets, and any visual references you like. A website link is also helpful for understanding your brand.
2. Do you design both mobile and desktop versions?
Yes. Every email design includes both mobile-first and desktop layouts to ensure a clear and consistent experience across different screen sizes.
3. Is HTML coding or email development included?
No. This gig is for email design in Figma only. HTML coding, development, and technical implementation are not included.
4. Do you set up emails in email marketing platforms?
No. This gig covers email design in Figma only. Email platform setup, HTML coding, automation, and campaign management are not included. The final Figma design can be handed off for implementation in platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other email marketing tools.
5. What files will I receive?
You will receive an organized and editable Figma source file with your email designs, layouts, and reusable components where applicable.
6. What if my email is longer than the package limit?
Each package includes a specified number of designed sections. Additional sections can be added as a Gig Extra for $10 per section.
7. Can you design several emails for one campaign or flow?
Yes. I can create a consistent set of emails for promotional campaigns, welcome sequences, product launches, e-commerce campaigns, and other email flows. Please choose the appropriate package or contact me for a custom scope.
Do you provide email copywriting?
Final email copy should be provided by the client. I can organize your content into a clear visual hierarchy and suggest minor CTA or structure adjustments when needed.
Can you redesign an existing email?
Yes. Please send your current email design and explain what you would like to improve.
Can you follow my existing brand style?
Yes. Please provide your logo, brand guidelines, colors, fonts, and other available assets. I can create the email design to match your existing visual identity.
