About me
Hi! My name is Mark Menees and I am a professional chess coach. I have played chess all my life. I am a very skilled and extremely experienced chess player. I have played close to half a million games in my life and currently have an online rating of ~ 2200. I spent 10 years in industry as a chemical engineer, so my strong math background goes hand in hand with the analytical skills required to be an accomplished chess player. Coach Mark is an excellent coach. Goes above and beyond in his lessons and makes things easy to understand. Gives incredibly helpful resources to practice openings and gives live coaching to help with making midgame plans. Can't recomend Coach Mark enough. He also has a great youtube channel to train offline too! Thank you Mark for all your help!
