FAQ
Does the template work with all email platforms?
It works with all major platforms that accept HTML, including Mailchimp, Klaviyo, SendGrid, HubSpot, Constant Contact and Zoho, or your own back-end system. Sending from a plain Gmail or Outlook compose window is limited, so I recommend an email platform.
Is it mobile responsive everywhere?
Yes, I code it to adapt to mobile, tablet and desktop. Modern email apps and marketing platforms support responsive layouts. A few older clients, such as some desktop Outlook versions, have limited support, so I build in fallbacks to keep the layout intact.
Can I use any font?
Email clients only guarantee a limited set of web-safe fonts. I can use a custom font with a safe fallback, but it will only show in clients that support it, such as Apple Mail. Others will display the fallback font.
Can I use large images or GIFs?
Yes. I size and compress them properly so the email loads fast. Some clients, especially older desktop Outlook, show only the first frame of a GIF, so I make sure that first frame carries your message.
Can I embed a video?
Most email clients can't play video inside an email. Instead, I add a clickable video thumbnail with a play button that opens your video page (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) in a new tab. It looks like an embedded video.
Is the template editable?
Yes. It is clean HTML you can edit in any code editor or in the HTML editor of platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor and Zoho. Tell me your platform and I will set it up for it.
Is it dark mode compatible?
Dark mode is applied by the recipient's email app, and some apps automatically invert colors. I follow dark-mode-friendly practices, such as transparent logos and safe color choices, but the final look varies by app.
Can you convert my Figma, PSD, XD or PDF design?
Yes. Send me the file and I will convert it into a responsive HTML email. Please message me before ordering so I can check the complexity and confirm the price.
How many designs will I get from each package?
Each package includes 1 email template design. Need more? Add the extra design option or message me for a custom offer.
