I will build a receipt capture app that sends receipts straight into xero

Are your team's receipts stuck in pockets, glove boxes and WhatsApp chats until month end?

I'll build you a simple app your staff install on their phones. They photograph a receipt, enter the amount and what it was for, and tap send. It lands in your Xero account as a draft bill with the photo attached, ready for your bookkeeper to check and approve.

What you get:

• Works on iPhone and Android, installed from a link (no app store needed)
• Accepts photos (including iPhone HEIC) and PDFs
• Amount, date, description and a "includes VAT" tick box on every receipt
• Each receipt becomes a draft bill in Xero with the image attached

Nothing is approved or paid automatically. Everything arrives as a draft, so your bookkeeper stays in control.

This is based on an app already in daily use at two small businesses, so it isn't a prototype.
