As an avid reader and professional editor with a BA in English Language and Literature, plus certificates in proofreading, editing, and publishing, I deeply appreciate the time and effort you've invested in your manuscript. My goal is to help you perfect your work so that readers stay hooked from start to finish.
You've already put a lot of time and energy into your work, and surely, you don't want your readers to put your book down because of silly mistakes. I'll turn your final draft into a well-polished book. Your manuscript is evaluated as a whole, tackling problems of structure, organization, coherence, and logical consistency.
My editing focuses on every line, including:
- show vs. tell
- contradictions, inconsistencies, plot holes
- grammar (tense usage, passive voice, etc.) & register
- improving sentence and paragraph flow
- constructive feedback
I have a soft spot for fantasy novel, Young Adult, Romance, Mystery, Detective fiction, and Thrillers, but I would work in a non-fiction book, depending on the topic.

FAQ
What genres do you work on?
I work on certain fiction and nonfiction genres. Usually the genres I don't go for include mainly nonfiction (with specific terminology), religion, politics, and nonfiction like dystopia, themes centered on illnesses etc.
Will you do formatting as well?
No. I focus on the creative part of your writing and that doesn't include formatting of any kind.
Can you edit a sample for me?
Yes, provided I'm interested in the project and the book is more than 10k. Along with the information (description, requirements, blurb, etc.) send me a chapter of your book. Turnaround time is usually two days, depending on my schedule and it includes a 500-word (possibly more) sample edit.
What files do you accept?
MS Word or docs, utilizing the Track Changes feature. No other formats are accepted, such as PDF, epub, mobi, etc.
Is my file safe with you?
After the order is complete all the files are erased from the electronic devices I've worked on. Additionally, I'm willing to sign an NDA (provided by the author).
