About this Gig
I will create a clear, developer-ready redirect map for your website migration.
Send me your old URL inventory and your new destination URL inventory, and Ill compare them to identify the strongest destination for each page.
Youll receive:
- Redirect map for up to 200 old URLs
- Comparison against up to 500 destination URLs
- CSV with proposed source and destination URLs
- Decision notes for important mappings
- Exception list for URLs that do not have a safe or obvious match
- 1 revision
I review page purpose, titles, headings, product/location details, and other supplied metadata rather than matching URLs by wording alone.
If a destination is uncertain, missing, unsuitable, or requires a business decision, I flag it instead of forcing a bad redirect.
Important: This Gig prepares the migration map only. Your developer or site owner is responsible for approving destinations, implementing redirects, and testing the live site.
No SEO ranking or traffic results are guaranteed.

FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Please send your old URL inventory and your new destination URL inventory, ideally as CSV or spreadsheet exports. If available, include titles, headings, page type, product IDs, locations, or other metadata that helps confirm page equivalence.
Do you implement the redirects on my website?
No. This Gig prepares the redirect map and review notes. Your developer or site owner is responsible for approving destinations, implementing redirects, and testing the live site.
What happens if an old page has no clear replacement?
I flag it as an exception instead of forcing a poor match. The exception notes explain why the destination is uncertain or why a business decision is needed.
Do you guarantee SEO rankings or traffic recovery?
No. This service helps prepare a structured migration handoff, but rankings, traffic, indexing, and search performance depend on many factors outside the scope of this Gig.
Can you handle larger migrations?
Yes. The base Gig covers up to 200 old URLs compared against up to 500 destination URLs. For larger inventories, message me with the approximate URL counts and I can confirm scope before you order.
