Awaken My Story
Jun 2022 - Present • 4 yrs 4 mos
Since 2022, I have worked as a freelance book editor with Awaken My Story, supporting indie authors in developing and refining their novels. I have helped over 100 independent writers strengthen their manuscripts through developmental editing, line editing, copy editing, editorial assessments and outline analysis. My work focuses on improving story structure, character development, pacing and prose clarity, helping authors transform early drafts into polished manuscripts ready for publication. One of the novels I edited went on to appear on the Kirkus Reviews Best Seller List, reflecting the high standard of work I bring to every manuscript I edit.
