I'm a super detail-oriented reader, and as I go through the pages, I'll be asking myself things like:
- How does the writing make me feel?
- Does the story flow, or are there parts that feel slow?
- How do I feel about this character?
- Could this part be more descriptive?
- Would this be confusing to a reader?
- Is the world immersive, or does it leave me with questions?
And once I'm done, I'll put all my thoughts into a report for you, and you can trust that my feedback will be 100% honest. I will always be as constructive, descriptive, and realistic as possible, and even though this isn't an editing gig, if I happen to spot any mistakes along the way, I'll definitely let you know.
