Can you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. I build the site so Google can crawl, understand and index every page, and each page answers a real search. Rankings then depend on your niche, the competition and time.
What data do I need?
A spreadsheet, a database export, an API or public data in your niche. If you have no data yet, tell me the niche and I'll check which public sources exist before you order.
Who owns the site and the code?
You do: the code, the data pipeline, the content and the domain. Everything is handed over in a Git repository, and I show you how to update the data and rebuild the site.
What do you build it with?
Astro for the static site, Python or Node for the data pipeline, and Cloudflare Pages for hosting. Static pages load fast, cost almost nothing to host and have no database to hack.
What counts as a "page" in the packages?
The "Number of pages" field counts page templates (designs). The pages generated from your data are in each package: up to 50, 1,000 or 10,000. Bigger sites get a custom offer.
