FAQ
Can I submit my work in another format other than Word (docx) format?
Yes. You can submit your work in PDF or Doc formats if it's unavailable in Word (docx). I will convert it to an editable format.
What if my work is more than the word counts for your Basic, Standard or Premium packages? How do I place an order?
If your work exceeds the word count on my packages, please send me a message stating all your requirements. I will create a customized offer for you.
Are you always available?
Yes, I am always available to reply to your messages and attend to your needs.
How do I know what has been edited in my work?
I will provide you with two copies of your document after editing. One would include Microsoft track changes. This way, you can track all the changes made in your work. The other will be a clean copy with the changes effected. I will also provide a PDF copy at no extra cost, should you request it.
Can you add content where necessary?
Yes, I can add content to your manuscript where necessary without altering the flow of your story and your intended message.
Do you format documents in addition to proofreading and editing?
Yes, I do. I offer paperback and Amazon Kindle formatting. However, this service is per request, and I give a different quote for it. Please send me a message if you require this service alongside proofreading your manuscript, and you will get a 50% discount on the cost of formatting.
