I'm a frequent English speaker with over a decade of editing experience. I specialize in book editing, but I've worked on everything from website content and blog posts to short stories, children's books, eBooks, and full-length novels. And no, I don't use any form of AI in my editing process.
Which package should I choose?
· Basic Proofreading: You're confident in your writing but are concerned about grammar mistakes, typos, or inconsistencies.
· Content Editing: You think your writing needs an extra boost in style, structure, word choice, flow, or organization. (My most popular service)
· Premium (Heavy) Editing: Best suited for first drafts or if you'd like to receive lots of feedback / constructive criticism (plot, characters, style, theme, POV, etc.). After my initial edit, you can make revisions and we'll work together to polish the manuscript.

FAQ
Do you use AI in your editing?
Nope! I feel very strongly about the need for human editing. AI makes a lot of mistakes and isn't able to give your writing that uniquely human touch.
What is the average delivery time?
Anywhere from 4-14 days depending on the length of the text and the number of orders in my queue. Larger projects often require more time (e.g. 4-6 weeks for a 100k-word novel). I also have a 24-hr rush delivery option (but please contact me first if your content is 10,000+ words!).
Do you rewrite AI-generated content to humanize it?
While I can work with content that's been written using AI, I don't accept projects where the goal is to make something seem like it wasn't written by AI or to lower the AI content percentage on detector sites like GPTZero (these scores tend to be highly inaccurate anyway).
Can you edit my academic paper?
If your content will be submitted to academic journals, please contact me first.

If your content will be submitted to an academic institution for grading or to an academic journal, I can only offer the basic proofreading package. I cannot provide content editing / rewriting for academic papers.
