Do we provide single trade take offs?
For any single trade, such as roofing, flooring, painting, etc., you may obtain a single-trade takeoff package. MEP's & Framing are not included under basic package.
Do we provide professional documents to submit the bid to clients?
Yes, we provide a professional documentation which will carry scope of work and pricings in a excel file with your company logo, name, address and can be sent to contractors as a final document. We are already working for many USA based contractors to help them submit a bid.
Are you confused about the packages?
We share your worry, however clicking "contact seller" will help you prevent any misunderstandings. We will create a custom offer for you based on your project scopes and size.
What are your requirements to start work?
We need complete set of construction/permit plan with all the detailing. More briefed are the plans, more perfect will be the results
