What information do I need to provide before you start?
I need your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and a brief description of what you offer. I'll send you a simple checklist right after you place your order so nothing gets missed. I'll handle everything from there.
What if my business profile already exists but was never claimed?
No problem! I can help claim an unclaimed profile. I'll walk you through the verification process step by step so we can get ownership confirmed and move forward quickly. Please note that verification can take up to 7 days, and longer if via mail.
What access level will you need to my Google account?
I would need you to add my email as Manager inside GBP. This takes less than a minute and I'll handle everything from there. I'll never ask for your Google account password. You stay the Owner of your profile at all times and can remove my access whenever you want.
Do you work with businesses outside Barcelona?
Yes! This setup service is available to businesses globally. As long as you have a legitimate business address and a Google account, we're good to go.
What if I don't have good photos of my business?
That's okay! Decent smartphone photos feel very human and warm. Just send me what you have and I'll organize and upload them properly.
How long does the setup take?
Delivery is within 7 days or less. The timeline depends mostly on how quickly verification goes through on Google's end, which is sometimes instant but sometimes can take longer. I will assist you through the whole process.
What happens after the setup is done?
You'll receive a fully optimized profile ready to attract customers, plus a short summary of everything that was set up. If you want ongoing management after that, I offer a monthly service but of course there's absolutely no obligation to continue.
