I create detailed 2D technical and engineering drawings for mechanical parts and assemblies, backed by 18+ years of mechanical engineering experience.

Please provide your 3D CAD model (such as STEP, IGES, SolidWorks or CATIA), along with any available material, tolerance, fit, surface finish, manufacturing process and drawing-standard requirements.
Can you create drawings from STEP or IGES files?
Yes. I can create manufacturing drawings from STEP, IGES and many native CAD formats. Please send the file before ordering if you are unsure whether it can be used.
Can you add GD&T, tolerances and fits?
Yes. I can apply GD&T, dimensional tolerances and fits based on your functional and manufacturing requirements. Projects requiring extensive tolerance definition or engineering analysis should be discussed before ordering.
Which drawing standards can you work with?
I can prepare mechanical drawings according to ISO or ASME conventions based on your requirements. Please specify the required standard before work begins.
Can you create assembly drawings and BOMs?
Yes. I can prepare assembly drawings, exploded views, item balloons, BOMs and component drawings. Please contact me before ordering if your assembly contains multiple parts so I can confirm the scope.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers reasonable changes to the agreed drawing based on the original 3D model and requirements. Product redesign, CAD remodeling, new components or major changes to the original requirements are not included as a drawing revision.
