Co-founded and managed Naxotop, a web development company, for 6 years — overseeing projects end-to-end from client acquisition to final delivery. I personally developed and delivered a large number of web development projects over this period, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP — ranging from early-stage builds like blog platforms, school websites, and student management systems, to larger custom systems for international clients. Led a major web application project for a France-based daycare company with 140+ locations, including contract-signing workflows and employee tracking systems. Also delivered full-cycle web tools for an India-based company, along with an internal Employee Management Tool and marketing videos for Naxotop itself. Sourced new clients through social media promotion, documented full project requirements, and got client sign-off before development began. As project manager, I acted as the main link between clients and the development team — guiding each project step-by-step from planning through deployment. This experience gave me hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle: requirement gathering, UI/UX planning, development coordination, testing, client communication, and on-time delivery — skills I bring directly into every project I take on here.
