How do I know it is deliverability and not just bad lists?
Send rates versus delivery rates tell you quickly. If sends succeed and replies are near zero across every segment, it is delivery. The audit separates the two so you stop guessing.
Can you fix email going to Promotions?
Promotions placement is driven by content and sending patterns more than authentication. I cover both, but Gmail's tab decision is probabilistic and nobody can guarantee Primary.
Do I need to re-register A2P?
Sometimes. If your campaign is registered under a use case that does not match what you actually send, carriers will keep filtering you no matter how clean your DNS is. I check that first.
