Are your Mailchimp campaigns landing in spam or getting rejected outright? In most cases, the problem isn't your content. It's your DNS.
Mailchimp needs correctly published SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to prove you're allowed to send from your domain. One wrong character, a duplicate SPF record, or a missing CNAME is enough to tank your inbox placement.
I fix that, usually the same day.
WHAT I DO
- Audit your current SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records.
- Publish and verify the correct records in your DNS host (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Route 53, Squarespace, Wix, and more).
- Authenticate your sending domain inside Mailchimp
- Set up a custom return path so emails stop showing "via mailchimp."
- Configure DMARC safely, starting at p=none so nothing breaks
- Run inbox placement tests across Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo
- Send a short report explaining exactly what changed and why.

Do you need my domain login and passwords?
Ideally not. Most registrars support delegate or read-write access for a single user, which you can revoke the moment I'm done. If yours doesn't, I'll walk you through publishing the records yourself over chat and verify each one as it propagates.
Will this get me out of the spam folder immediately?
Authentication is the foundation, and fixing it removes the most common reason mailbox providers reject or filter your campaigns. But reputation also depends on list quality, sending volume and engagement. I'll flag any of those issues in your rep
How long does DNS propagation take?
Usually 15 minutes to a few hours, occasionally up to 48. I don't mark the order complete until I've confirmed the records are live and Mailchimp shows your domain as authenticated.
What if I've already tried and it's still not verifying?
That's most of my orders. The usual culprits are two SPF records on one domain, a nested include chain over the 10-lookup limit, or a CNAME your host silently appended the domain to. I'll find it.
