Can you transfer my existing workout programs into Trainerize?
Yes. I upload and transfer workout programs into Trainerize from PDF, Google Sheets, Excel, Word, screenshots and handwritten notes, keeping sets, reps, rest, tempo, supersets, circuits and intervals intact. One 8 week program takes 2 to 3 days.
Do you write workout programs from scratch or only upload existing ones?
Both. Upload and structuring is included in every package. Programs written from scratch are an add-on at $35 per Master Program. I will need your client goals, training style, session frequency and available equipment before I start writing.
Can you set up nutrition, meal plans and habit tracking?
Yes, on Standard and Premium. I set up Master Habits, habit streaks, goals, macro targets, PDF meal plans and nutrition graphs. If you have the Advanced Nutrition Coaching add-on I will also configure the Flexible Meal Planner for your clients.
Can you migrate me from Everfit, TrueCoach or PT Distinction to Trainerize?
Yes. I migrate coaching businesses into Trainerize from Everfit, TrueCoach, PT Distinction, MyPTHub, Kahunas and TrainerFu, keeping program phases, progressions and exercise notes. A 6 program migration takes 5 to 7 days and needs access to both accounts.
Can you set up nutrition, meal plans and habit tracking?
Yes, on Standard and Premium. I set up Master Habits, habit streaks, goals, macro targets, PDF meal plans and nutrition graphs. If you have the Advanced Nutrition Coaching add-on I will also configure the Flexible Meal Planner for your clients.
Can you connect Trainerize to Zapier, Stripe or my CRM?
Yes, on Premium. I build Zapier automations linking Trainerize to Stripe, your email platform and your CRM, so a new client signup or completed workout triggers the right action. Webhook and API work on Studio and Enterprise plans is quoted separately.
How long does a Trainerize setup take?
Basic delivers in 3 days, Standard in 5 days and Premium in 7 days. Express 48 hour delivery is available as an add-on. Delivery starts once you have sent your program files and trainer level access to your Trainerize account.
Do you work with gyms and studios or only solo coaches?
Both. For gyms and studios I also configure trainer, manager and staff roles with correct access levels, and organise content into shared and personal workout folders so your whole team works from one library without overwriting client plans.
Do I need a paid Trainerize plan and will you use my login?
You need an active Trainerize account on any paid plan. I work inside your account using trainer level access that you create for me, so you keep full ownership and can remove my access the moment the order is complete. I never share credentials.
What if I am not happy with the setup?
Every package includes revisions, 1 on Basic, 2 on Standard and 3 on Premium. I confirm your program structure and folder naming with you in writing before I build anything, which is why almost nothing needs reworking after delivery.
