Easy job, clear instructions - existing designs had to be made smaller and thinner for it to look good. He just exported the same files, but with smaller dimensions and called it a day. 1 3D puff design as well, looks like it was auto generated, no first outline stitch and density not suited for 3D puff. Looks like lack of effort and chose for easy.
