Please send your logo or artwork, finished width and height, fabric or item, embroidery placement, machine model and required file format. Include your hoop size or maximum embroidery area when relevant.

I provide DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3, HUS and XXX. EMB working files are available on request. Please tell me which format your machine uses; ask before ordering if you need a different format.

You will receive digital embroidery files for one agreed design, size and placement in your requested supported format. This service supplies digitized files; it does not include a shipped garment or physical patch.

One-hour delivery is available for eligible simple designs through Gig Extras after I confirm availability. Send your artwork first. Complex or detailed designs need an agreed delivery time.

The included revision rounds are shown in your package. They cover adjustments to the agreed artwork, size and placement. New artwork, extra sizes or a different placement are quoted separately.

Yes. Send the artwork, finished size and item before ordering so I can assess the details and recommend the appropriate package or a custom offer.

Test-stitch the design on your intended material before production. If you need adjustments, send clear photos and your machine, fabric and setup details so I can review the digitizing against the original brief.

Please ask me before changing the size. Resizing a stitch file can change stitch density and details. I can check whether the new size needs adjustments or a separately digitized version.
