Communication poor, work of poor quality, multiple revisions to get to what we wanted, tried to blame me for not using embroidery machine correctly or being "new", but actually the files were being sent wrong, missing cuts and detail. Easy job, clear instructions - existing designs had to be made smaller and thinner for it to look good. He just exported the same files, but with smaller dimensions and called it a day. 1 3D puff design as well, looks like it was auto generated, no first outline stitch and density not suited for 3D puff. Looks like lack of effort and chose for easy.

Understood what I needed and wanted. His work that he does is very transparent with my logo and it showed
