Which platforms do you work with?

Do I need to share my account password?
No, never. Sharing passwords is unsafe and against Google's terms. I'll send you a step-by-step guide to grant me admin access via email invitation to Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Ads. It takes 2 minutes and you can revoke access at any time after delivery.
I already have GA4 installed but it's not working properly. Can you fix it?
Yes, that's actually the most common request I get. Many GA4 setups have broken events, missing purchases, duplicate tracking, or wrong configuration after migration from Universal Analytics. I'll audit what you have, identify issues, and fix them rather than rebuilding from scratch.
Are your services GDPR compliant for EU customers?
Yes. I implement Google Consent Mode v2, which is required for EU traffic since March 2024. I work with major consent platforms like Cookiebot, OneTrust, Iubenda, and Complianz. Your tracking will respect user consent choices while still capturing modeled conversions for Google Ads.
How do I know the tracking actually works after delivery?
Every setup is validated in three ways: GTM Preview mode, GA4 DebugView, and Tag Assistant. I record a Loom video walking through real-time events firing on your site, so you can see purchases, clicks, and form submissions registering live. You'll also get a PDF documentation file.
What if something breaks after delivery?
All packages include 14 days of free support after delivery. The Standard package extends this to 30 days, and the Premium to 60 days. If a tag breaks due to my implementation, I fix it free. If your developer changes the site structure, I can quote a quick fix.
Do you offer server-side tracking?
Yes, available as a Gig Extra. Server-side GTM (sGTM) improves data accuracy, bypasses ad blockers, and reduces reliance on third-party cookies. It requires a server container hosted on Google Cloud or your own subdomain. Message me first so I can scope your setup correctly.
Can you build a Looker Studio dashboard with my GA4 data?
Yes. The Premium package includes a basic dashboard with 5 key widgets (sessions, conversions, revenue, top sources, ecommerce funnel). For deeper custom dashboards with multiple data sources, calculated fields, and brand styling, add the Looker Studio extra.
Do you need to edit my website code?
In most cases, no. Once Google Tag Manager is installed via a single snippet (or a plugin on WordPress/Shopify), I handle everything from the GTM interface without touching your site code. For ecommerce datalayer setups, I sometimes provide code snippets for your developer to install — I won't push
