- Installation Assistance: If you don't know how to install TeamViewer or need help setting it up, we can assist you for an extra fee, as this counts as an additional application installation.
- Hardware Compatibility: The client is responsible for ensuring their machine meets the minimum system requirements to run the requested software or game. We are not responsible for performance issues if the hardware is insufficient.

1. Do I need to have TeamViewer installed before we start?
Answer: Yes, for the standard price, you must have TeamViewer ready. If you need assistance installing or configuring TeamViewer itself, please select the "Setup Assistance" extra during checkout, as this counts as a technical service.
2. What happens if my computer doesn't meet the requirements for a game or software?
Answer: It is the client's responsibility to verify the "Minimum System Requirements" before ordering. We ensure the software is installed correctly, but we cannot guarantee performance (FPS or speed) on hardware that does not meet the developer's specifications.
3. Do you provide the licenses or activation keys?
Answer: No. We provide the technical installation service. Clients must provide their own legal licenses, activation keys, or installation media.
4. Is the remote connection secure?
Answer: Absolutely. We use TeamViewer, which uses end-to-end encryption. You can monitor everything we do on your screen in real-time, and you can terminate the session at any moment.
5. What if the installation fails due to a system error?
Answer: Our team will perform a diagnostic to identify the error. If the issue is a corrupt OS or a hardware fault, we will offer a custom quote to repair the system first.
6. Can you install multiple programs in one session?
Answer: The Basic package covers one (1) standard application. For multiple installations or complex software suites (like Adobe or AutoCAD), please refer to our Standard or Premium packages.
