I provide hands-on WooCommerce and WordPress diagnosis and repair for live ecommerce stores. I have worked with revenue-critical ecommerce since 2013 and built custom WooCommerce functionality including B2B tiered pricing, product-page improvements and plugin development.
You deal directly with the person investigating and fixing the fault.

Is there an hourly limit?
No. This is an outcome-based service, not an hourly development package. Once we have agreed on one clearly defined issue, I will continue working until that issue is fixed. The package selected only determines how quickly the work is prioritised and started.
What counts as one issue?
One issue is a clearly defined fault with a common underlying cause, such as a broken checkout, payment error, plugin conflict or product-pricing problem. I will complete the agreed issue included in your order. If I discover additional unrelated faults, I will explain them clearly and let you decide whether you would like a separate order or custom offer for the additional work.
