What counts as one issue?
One clearly defined fault with a common cause, such as a broken checkout, payment error or module conflict. Multiple unrelated problems may require additional time or a custom offer.
Should I message before ordering?
Please message me before ordering the Emergency package so I can confirm immediate availability. For the other packages, message me first if you are unsure whether your problem fits this service.
Which Magento versions do you support?
I primarily work with Magento 2.4.x. Please message me before ordering if your store uses an older Magento version or a heavily customised Adobe Commerce installation.
Will you work directly on my live website?
I prefer to investigate and test changes on a staging environment. For urgent production faults, I can work carefully on the live store when necessary, provided a suitable backup and rollback route are available.
What access do you require?
This depends on the fault but may include temporary Magento administrator, SSH or SFTP, hosting panel, database, logs and staging access. I will only request the access genuinely required.
What does the included revision cover?
It covers a follow-up correction relating to the same original fault or the work I completed. New or unrelated problems are not treated as revisions.
