When it comes to weights, measures, temperatures, what systems do you use?
I will use the systems (Imperial or Metric, Celsius or Fahrenheit) of YOUR choice. A word of caution - do not mix systems, as that can be confusing and even irritating to your Reader.
When you've finished with your editing, will the book still have my style, my personal touch?
Absolutely! It's your book, not mine. A lot of my work will be "invisible" - amending errors and making subtle improvements and tidying up here and there.
Are you an expert in Cookery?
No - I leave that to the experts, like yourself!
