What access do you need?
A temporary WordPress admin user, or cPanel / hosting / SFTP access. You can delete the access as soon as I'm done.
Will you back up my site first?
Yes. I take a full backup before touching anything, so nothing is lost if something goes wrong.
How long does it take?
Most sites are cleaned within 24 hours. If your site is very large or heavily infected, I will tell you before I start.
Can you remove the Google "dangerous site" warning?
Yes. I clean the site first, then submit the review request to Google. Google decides how long the review takes.
Will the malware come back?
I remove the infection and every backdoor I find, and fix the weak point I can see (outdated plugin, weak password). Nobody can promise it will never happen again, so keep backups and updates on.
Do you work on non-WordPress sites?
No. I only work on WordPress and WooCommerce sites.
