This gig corrects grammar, punctuation, typos, spelling, and minor syntax. It provides convenient internal comments (explanations, suggestions, feedback) as well as tracking. While I provide comments regarding confusing text, organization, formatting inconsistencies, and readability, this gig does not include content/structural changes, writing original content, nor formatting. It includes tracking and internal comments (feedback, critique, explanations, suggestions).
Files must be submitted and will be delivered in docx/doc, rtf, odt, or txt formats. Pages and PDF are not specifically supported.
No erotica, present tense, violent sex, or academic work (including admissions material) please.
Delivery style preference
Please inform the freelancer of any preferences or concerns regarding the use of AI tools in the completion and/or delivery of your order.

What is included in your editing gig?
My gig is specifically line editing (correction of grammar, typos, minor syntax, punctuation, and spelling errors). You will also receive a daily status update, excluding weekends and holidays. I am available to answer your questions, and I will do so respectfully and professionally.
What does your editing gig not include?
This gig does not include content/structural changes or writing original content. It does not include formatting services.
Do you provide free revisions?
I offer heavily discounted revisions (maximum two per order). Provided clients follow my simple guidelines, my fee to re-edit your document is 25% of the original fee. For example, if your original order was $100, your re-edit would cost you only $25!
What can I expect from you as an editor?
I provide the highest quality editing services (corrections, tracking, critique and feedback, fact checking, and more). You will receive honest, competent editing. My communication with you will be timely, respectful, and courteous.

Do you provide samples of your work?
Absolutely! Send me your entire document in .doc, docx, rtf, or odt format, and I'll return a FREE sample from your manuscript within less than 12 hours.
Do you download from the internet (for example, clouds)?
All transfers of files occur through fiverr's messaging thread. I do not download files from any other source.
Do you edit PDF or pages files?
I edit the following file formats: doc, docx, otd, rft, and txt (txt will not have markups). I do not work with pdf or pages files, nor files with formats beyond these five.
Do you edit or proofread academic work?
Fiverr expressly disallows editing/proofing academic work. This includes but is not limited to homework, theses, applications. I do not edit or proof any level of academic work.
