About this Gig
I have been offering my editing services to happy clients since 2011, but until now I have been limiting my services to college application materials. Due to multiple client requests, I am now offering ongoing collaborative editing services in any area; business proposals, job application cover letters, academic essays, scripts, press releases, and more! You send me your piece of writing (up to 1000 words) and I am all yours for 1 week. I will edit and proofread, but we will also collaborate on revisions, working for 7 days to arrive at the best possible version of your writing.
I am a former University admissions officer with 14 years of experience in higher education, as well as a freelance writer, publicist, and copy editor with a Master's in Communication (Public Relations & Advertising). If you are having trouble with your writing, let's work together to make it better! I love good writing, and I will always give my honest opinion and criticism to put more of it into the world. :)
PLEASE NOTE: I will not create your content from scratch. The piece must be 100% finished before I will look at it. (Students, this means you have to write your own research papers).

FAQ
Will you create my content for me?
Will people ever stop asking me this? NO I WILL NOT. There are plenty of freelancers on Fiverr who will write your essay, or reference letter, or whatever. Ask one of them!
My content is over 1000 words. How much will you charge?
You can add your total word count into the order and it will automatically calculate the fee.
Do you work on [type of writing not mentioned here] ?
Maybe! Message me and describe your project, and I'll be honest about whether I can help.
I think I need more than one week of access to you, LRP. How do you charge that?
See my gig details. You can add individual days to your one week order. PLEASE NOTE: This rate is ONLY for buyers who have purchased one full week. If you want fewer than 7 days, please message me for a custom quote.
What hours do you work?
Great question! I live in the CST timezone (Chicago/Mexico City), and I am typically available from about 8AM to 11PM local time. While this doesn't mean I am at my computer working during every minute of those hours, I can usually respond to messages via the trusty Fiverr App. :)
English is not my first language. Can you help my writing sound more like a native speaker?
Yes! That's become one of my specialties, after working with so many wonderful prospective students from Asian countries. If there's a phrase I don't understand, I will work with you to find the best way to express it in native-sounding English.
