Basic fixes one error. Standard covers up to 3 errors or plugin/theme conflicts, with a root-cause diagnosis. Premium covers up to 6 issues, plus a site health check and prevention checklist. Not sure? Message me first.
What if you can’t fix my error?
I’ll let you know as soon as I do and cancel the order so you can get a refund. Message me the error before ordering, and I’ll say whether I can fix it.
Do you back up my site first?
Yes. I take a full backup of your files and database before changing anything, so everything can be restored if needed.
What do you need to get started?
WordPress admin and hosting or FTP access, plus the exact error message or a screenshot. Share logins only in the order chat, and a temporary admin account is fine.
Which errors do you fix?
Critical and fatal errors, white screen, database connection errors, 403/404/500/503 errors, plugin and theme conflicts, login lockouts, and WooCommerce or Elementor errors.
What do the revisions cover?
Revisions cover the errors we agreed on before the order, as they were before my fix. New features, customizations, or new problems are billed separately.

I fix the root cause, not just the symptom. A new update or plugin can cause new errors, so Standard and Premium include support for 7 and 14 days after delivery.
Do you do redesigns or custom development?
No, these packages are for fixing errors. Redesigns, new features, and custom plugins are outside the scope, so message me first, and I’ll confirm whether a separate order fits.
How fast will my site be fixed?
Delivery time is shown on each package. For urgent cases, message me first so I can confirm availability, or add Extra-fast delivery on Standard or Premium.
