Which package should I choose?
Basic is for a working site that just needs the malware removed. Choose Standard if Google or your browser shows a warning, or if you see spam pages. Choose Premium for a badly infected site, or if you want hardening and a security report. Not sure? Message me your site URL, and I'll recommend one.
Does each order cover one website?
Yes, every package covers one WordPress site. If you have several sites on the same hosting, add the Additional website extra for each one, or message me for a custom offer.
What do you need to get started?
WordPress admin login and hosting or FTP access, plus a short note on what you're seeing, such as redirects, warnings or spam pages. If your host took the site offline, send me any malware scan report they gave you. Share access only through Fiverr's order chat, and a temporary admin account is fine
Do you back up my site first?
Yes. I take a full backup of your files and database before changing anything, so everything can be restored if needed.
Will the malware come back?
I close the way the infection got in, but reinfection can happen if old passwords or vulnerable plugins remain. That's why every package includes a support window of 7, 14 or 30 days. If the same infection returns within it, I'll re-clean it at no extra charge.
Will you remove the Google warning or blacklist?
On Standard and Premium, I clean the site and then submit the review requests. The decision and timing are up to Google and the other blacklists, which I can't control, but I'll tell you what to expect.
My hosting company suspended my site. Can you help?
Yes, I clean the infected files and the database. Once it's clean, you may need to ask your host to lift the suspension, and I'll tell you exactly what to send them.

Usually yes. Hosting or FTP access is enough for me to clean the files and get you back into your admin account.
How do I prevent another hack?
After the cleanup, change all passwords (WordPress, hosting and FTP), keep WordPress, themes and plugins updated, delete unused plugins, avoid pirated themes and plugins, and use a reputable host. I'll send you a short checklist with your delivery.
