FAQ
Will my team be able to use it right away?
You get a project workspace that matches how your team works: boards built, tasks imported, roles set, templates ready, and automations tested. I verify every rule before delivery, so your team can assign their first task on day one and see who owns what at a glance.
Which project tool fits my team?
Jira suits dev teams, Trello suits simple task boards, Basecamp suits client and team projects, Zoho Sprints suits agile sprints, and Nifty suits agencies tracking tasks and milestones. I help you choose the right fit before we build, so you avoid paying for add-ons.
When should I choose Premium?
Premium suits teams moving between tools or running several tools at once. It includes Jira plus two more tools, data migration, reporting dashboards, full documentation, and 30 days of dedicated support, so your entire team can fix issues promptly after you go live.
What's included in each setup?
Each setup covers workspace configuration, user roles, boards or sprints, custom fields, task templates, automation rules, notifications, and reports. Jira setups add workflows and permission rules. Trello adds Power-Ups. Every build gets tested live before delivery.
Can you connect these tools to others?
Yes. I connect Jira, Trello, Basecamp, Zoho Sprints, and Nifty with Slack, Teams, Google Workspace, Zapier, Make.com, or n8n. Popular builds: form to task, email to ticket, deal won to project, and task done to Slack alert. I also migrate projects between your tools.
