I will build an n8n workflow that reads new customer emails, checks your approved answers in Google Sheets, and saves matching replies as Gmail drafts. Your team reviews and sends them. Unclear or unmatched questions stay with your team.
You can add or edit answers in the sheet without changing the workflow.
The $300 package includes:
- One Gmail inbox and one language

This package is for up to 100 incoming emails per day. It does not include automatic sending, reading attachments, a new server, CRM integration, or ongoing hosting support. AI can make mistakes, so your team reviews every draft.
You provide suitable n8n, Google, and AI API accounts. Their running costs are separate. Delivery is 10 days once your complete requirements are submitted.

FAQ
Will the workflow send emails by itself?
No. This package creates Gmail drafts. Your team checks and sends them. It is not an automatic email sender or an outreach system.
Can I change the answers later?
Yes. Edit the questions and approved answers in the Google Sheet using the layout I provide. Future matching emails use the updated sheet. Adding another app, inbox, or workflow is separate work.
What happens when an answer is missing?
The email stays with your team. The workflow is designed to use your approved FAQ content and leave unclear or unmatched questions for a person. It does not train itself on unapproved replies.
What accounts do I need?
An existing suitable n8n instance, one Gmail or Google Workspace inbox, Google Sheets, and a supported AI API account. You must be allowed to connect them. I will guide the connection steps. Hosting and API charges are not included.
What does one revision cover?
One round of changes to the agreed workflow, answer mapping, or settings. It does not add more inboxes, languages, apps, or new features. Fixing a delivery that does not match the agreed scope is not a paid extra.
How do I share access safely?
Do not put passwords, API keys, or customer email exports in the order form. Use account invitations and the tools' own secure connection screens. Share only the sample content needed for this project, with private details removed.
