About this gig
An Odoo error needs an explanation you can follow and a fix you can verify. I trace the affected records, Python/XML code and workflow instead of changing unrelated settings.
My implementation work includes manufacturing controls, workforce workflows and custom reporting. The gallery uses fictional demonstration records.
BASIC: investigate one reproducible issue and deliver findings, reproduction steps and a repair recommendation. Diagnosis only; code changes are not included.
STANDARD: diagnose and fix one agreed bug in one custom module, with a regression check and handover notes.
PREMIUM: repair up to two related bugs in one workflow/module, with regression tests and handover.

FAQ
Does the Basic package include a fix?
Basic is diagnosis only: findings, reproduction steps and a repair recommendation for one issue. If a code fix is needed, we agree Standard, Premium or a separate offer before implementation.
Can you repair stock valuation or past accounting entries?
Those need a separate investigation and an agreed correction plan. They are not included in the fixed bug-fix packages. I do not treat a reporting discrepancy as proof that money was lost.
What will I receive with a fix?
The changed addon code or patch, a description of the cause, a reproduction/regression check and handover notes. We agree any installation step on your staging environment before starting.
Which Odoo versions and hosting do you support?
My recent implementation work is on Odoo 17 and 18. These packages require Odoo.sh or self-hosting with custom-addon access. Send your version, edition and hosting before ordering; other versions need a separate review.
What counts as a revision?
A revision corrects the delivery against the scope we agreed. New features, a different workflow, extra reports or another Odoo version require a separate quote.
How will you access my system?
We agree the necessary code and staging access through Fiverr. Please do not put passwords or API keys in public descriptions or the initial requirements form. A test database or sanitized reproduction is preferred.
What happens after delivery?
I provide setup or handover notes and seven days of support for faults in the delivered work against our agreed scope. New features, unrelated issues, hosting and ongoing maintenance are separate.
