- If I use a premium theme/plugin, you may need to purchase the premium Wordpress theme/plugin in case you need support from the theme/plugin developer in future. My package does not include licenses.
- I will create your website with dummy text, I do not add content. You will be able to add text & images & unlimited pages with a click! No programming required.

Will I be able to edit my website easily? I do not know programming!
Your website will be fully editable! You will be able to very easily add text & images to all pages with a click! You will be able to edit ecommerce products, their images, descriptions & prices and add unlimited pages and posts too. No programming skills required! :)
Do you provide hosting/domain name registration?
No, I do not provide hosting/domain name reistration. In order to have full control over the website, it is highly recommended that you purchase these yourself in your name. I recommend purchasing SHARED hosting plans (not OPTIMIZED wordpress) from bluehost or hostgator.
Do you upload the website on my hosting to make it live?
Yes, I will do this for you *at no additional cost* if you provide your Hosting Control Panel url, username and password before I begin working. If Hosting details are not provided, there will be an additional charge of $35 for creating a zipped backup of the website.
If you provide a zipped backup, will I be able to install myself?
You will need some PHP/mySQL knowledge to be able to make your own website live if you want to do it yourself.
What if I purchase hosting after you have sent me a zipped backup file?
I reserve the right to charge an additional amount for uploading website to your hosting if Hosting details are provided after I have sent you a zipped backup of site. Therefore to avoid additional costs please arrange for a wordpress friendly hosting account before you pleace the order.
What do you mean by 'Wordpress friendly' hosting?
Your hosting needs to fully support wordpress for me to be able to upload the latest version wordpress, wordpress theme and plugins. Your hosting should have the latest version of PHP and all permissions that allow installation of the latest Wordpress themes and plugins.
What if my hosting is not 'Wordpress friendly' or if I do not provide Control Panel access?
If your Hosting does not meet the required standards or if I do not have Control Panel access, I will not be able to upload your website for you. In that case, I will provide you with a zipped backup of all of your website files + database. You will need some PHP/mySQL knowledge to upload yourself.
Can I have your email/contact/skype details so we can communicate easily?
Sorry, this is totally against Fiverr TOS! All communication with the client is to be done in writing via the Fiverr message board. All payment is to be made via Fiverr. I do not accept job offers that go against Fiverr TOS.
What if I do not like any feature of my website? Will you make revisions?
In case there is any issue, please contact me within 10 days of delivery of website & I will try to resolve ASAP. I cannot accept responsibility if contacted with any issues after weeks, months or years!! Please note that I will make revisions free of cost if contacted within 10 days of delivery.
What happens if I lose my website due to an incompetent hosting or due to deletion of an area of website by mistake?
I cannot accept responsibility if after delivery of website, any changes are made to theme/plugin files that cause the website to malfunction.I do not keep website backups after delivery of website unless it is requested by client before the completion of project.
