Some sellers will offer you the Basic Package starting at $5 for 250 words without PhD expertise, experience, or consulting.

Yes, custom packages are available or add-ons to Premium package can help clients add extra words for additional fees.
What program do you use to edit?
Microsoft Word is my preferred editing method. Open to other suggestions.
Do you really get the basic package done within 24 hours?
Yes. I typically get the back edits within 12 hours from the time the gig officially started (timer provided by Fiverr). This applies to the Basic Package.
