As an IT Manager within the Quality Assurance department at HIS University, I am responsible for developing and managing digital solutions that support the institution’s educational quality, academic processes, and administrative efficiency. My work focuses on transforming traditional academic processes into secure, accessible, and efficient digital platforms. I design, develop, deploy, and maintain web-based systems that facilitate the work of teachers, students, and university administration. One of my main projects is the **Question Bank / Exam Bank platform**, a centralized digital system that allows teachers to create, organize, manage, and access examination questions. The platform helps improve the organization of academic assessments while providing a structured and efficient way to manage examination content. I also work on the development of **digital attendance and teacher management systems**, including web platforms that allow teachers to record and manage student attendance electronically. These solutions aim to reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and facilitate access to attendance information for academic and administrative purposes. My responsibilities also include developing and maintaining university websites and internal web applications, managing databases and digital resources, configuring and deploying applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the reliability and security of university IT systems. Within the Quality Assurance framework, I contribute to the digitalization of processes related to **academic monitoring, data management, documentation, assessment, and institutional quality improvement**.
