Will my site go down during the migration?
No. I set up and fully test your site on the new server before switching the DNS. During testing your old site stays live. The actual DNS switch takes 1–48 hours to propagate globally, but during that window both old and new servers serve your site — so visitors see no interruption.
What access do you need from me?
I need FTP or cPanel access to your current hosting, and cPanel or SSH access to your new hosting. If you're also changing domains, I'll need access to your domain registrar's DNS settings. You can share all of this securely via Fiverr's encrypted messaging.
Will my SEO rankings be affected?
A properly done migration should have minimal SEO impact. I set up 301 redirects for any URL changes, update your sitemap, and preserve all your existing meta data. Google will reindex the new location — rankings may fluctuate briefly but recover fully with a clean migration.
Can you migrate my WooCommerce store without losing orders?
Yes — WooCommerce migrations are one of my specialties. All products, categories, customer accounts, order history, coupons and payment gateway settings are migrated and verified. I run a full test order on the new server before go-live to confirm payments work.
What if something goes wrong after the migration?
I take a full backup before starting — so in any scenario I can restore your site in minutes. After delivery I provide 7 days of follow-up support (14 days on Premium). If anything isn't working correctly after migration, I fix it at no extra charge.
Do you need me to already have the new hosting set up?
Ideally yes — it speeds things up. But if you haven't chosen a host yet, message me and I'll recommend the best option for your site's size, traffic and budget. I work with all major providers so I can help you make the right choice before you commit.
