What access do you need to fix my WooCommerce store?
I'll need your WordPress admin login and FTP or cPanel access to your hosting. You can share these securely via Fiverr's encrypted messaging. I only access what's needed and I remove all credentials after the work is complete.
Will you break anything else while fixing my store?
Never without a safety net. I take a complete backup of your files and database before making any changes. If anything unexpected happens, I can restore your store to exactly how it was within minutes. You have zero risk.
My checkout was working before — what could have broken it?
The most common culprits are plugin or WooCommerce updates, theme changes, SSL certificate issues, payment gateway API key changes, or a new plugin conflicting with your checkout. I'll diagnose the exact cause and fix it at the source.
Do you support all payment gateways?
Yes — Stripe, PayPal, PayPal Payments Pro, Square, Klarna, Afterpay, Authorize.net, Mollie and any other WooCommerce-compatible gateway. If you use a less common gateway, message me first and I'll confirm I can help.
What if you can't fix my issue?
If after diagnosis I determine the issue is outside the scope of this gig, I'll tell you immediately and offer a full refund — no questions asked. I won't take your money for something I can't solve.
How do I know the fix will actually hold?
Because I fix the root cause, not the symptom. I also do a full end-to-end checkout test after every fix — placing a test order, checking payment, verifying order confirmation emails and reviewing the admin dashboard. I don't deliver until everything works.
