FAQ
How do we communicate during the project?
In writing, here on Fiverr. Chat and messages only, no calls. Everything we agree is written down, so there is a clear record of what was asked and what was delivered, and I can answer across time zones without either of us scheduling anything.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send it before you order and I will sign it. I do not reuse your code, your data or your credentials on any other project, and I never show client work in my portfolio without written permission.
Do you need my API keys or account access?
Usually yes, and I ask for sandbox or test keys first. Send them through Fiverr, never by email. Keys go into environment variables, never into the code or the repository, and they are redacted from every log line. Rotate them once the work is done.
What counts as one endpoint?
One call to the API, for example "create a charge" or "fetch orders". Basic covers one, Standard up to three, Premium up to eight. A webhook you receive counts as an endpoint too. If you are unsure, message me and I will count them for you.
What if the API changes after delivery?
Every package includes one free fix within 14 days. If you want longer cover, add the 30 days of fixes extra. After that, message me and I will quote the change.
Can you work inside my existing codebase?
Yes. Send me the repository or the relevant files and I will match your structure, your naming and your existing error handling. You get a branch or a patch with commented code and tests, not a separate script you have to wire in yourself.
My API has no documentation. Can you still do it?
Yes, as long as you can show me one working example call: a curl command, a Postman export, or a screenshot from your browser network tab. Message me with that example first and I will tell you honestly whether I can do it.
What do I receive at the end?
Full commented source code inside your own codebase, a test suite you can run, a Postman collection, and a short written handover explaining how it works and how to change it. Everything is yours to keep and reuse.
