• Provided Tier3 applications support to end-users across the organization. • Ran Tanium queries to generate requested reports on the state of devices for stakeholders. • Setup simple and detailed dashboard in Tanium and Service now to consume the reports generated and present the data in chart or pie formats showing overall status of company window assets. • Crated a runbook in Tanium for all physical windows devices to scan and update dell driver updates on intervals based on device groups. • Created Tanium Core package and Deployment Software packages in test Tanium and exported to production Tanium when change approved, all deployments coped to all corp physical windows 10 and 11 devices only. • Leverage CrowdStrike to detect and remediate missing patches, outdated software, and known CVEs across all managed endpoints.
