Do you need access to my environment?
Not always. Many fixes work via screenshots and guided steps. If access is needed, we can use a temporary account or a live session your data stays in your tenant.
What if the flow can't be fixed?
If the issue is a platform limitation, I'll tell you honestly and propose an alternative approach before any work is billed.
